OVERVIEW

Dobbe AI is an AI-native dental practice management system — automating everything from clinical diagnosis and charting to billing, treatment planning, and patient communication. It's one of the most comprehensive platforms built for dental clinics. But that scope created a communication problem: when your product does this much, explaining it without losing people becomes the hardest thing you have to do. We were brought in to create a product launch video that solved exactly that — a focused visual narrative that could walk any viewer through what Dobbe AI does and why it matters, without overwhelming them or dumbing it down. One week. One deliverable. One story that had to work everywhere.

THE CHALLENGE

Dobbe AI automates nearly every step of a dental practice — and each step matters to a different person in the room. Dentists care about clinical accuracy. Practice managers care about admin and billing. Investors care about scale and market. A single launch video had to speak to all of them without diluting the message for any of them. Most product explainers either go too broad and feel generic, or try to show everything and lose the viewer before the second feature. We needed to find the narrative thread that made the platform's breadth feel like a strength — not a list.

Dentists aren't typical SaaS buyers. They're clinical, skeptical, and short on time. The video had to earn credibility in the first ten seconds, demonstrate real understanding of how a dental practice actually runs, and make the product's value feel immediate — not after a 3-minute setup. Every creative decision ran through that filter.
